friendly staff spacious room soft bed poor ventilation
the staff was very friendly and helpful. i arranged transport from the cruise port and to the airport through them and it was stress-free. the room was spacious and clean. the air conditioning worked well.
the bed was too soft and caused back discomfort. poor ventilation made the room stuffy. opening the window brought in a lot of street noise. the door felt flimsy and lacked a nighttime latch.

The staff was friendly and always available. Our room, a Junior Suite, was clean. Breakfast had a wide selection of foods. I appreciate the convenient location near attractions.

the breakfast buffet had good variety i found fresh fruit available every morning. i used the luggage storage service before my room was ready it was very convenient. the front desk staff provided helpful information about local attractions near the hotel
my room lacked soundproofing i could clearly hear street noise throughout the night. the bathroom was quite small counter space was limited. i did not appreciate the lack of readily available electrical outlets i struggled to charge multiple devices

helpful staff cozy room hot shower
Our Family Room suited us perfectly. The staff were helpful. They showed us interesting places. I found the room both beautiful and cozy. We all appreciated the hot shower after a long day.
I noticed slight wear and tear in the hallway carpeting. It did not affect my room directly, but I observed it.

Many restaurants are very close. Supermarkets are also nearby for convenience. It was less than a 10 minute walk to the hop-on and hop-off bus stops.

There was a large variety of breakfast food. Everything was fresh and varied. Breakfast was tasty. I enjoyed the option of eating breakfast on the terrace. It was lovely to watch the city each morning.

The staff arranged transport to the airport. The air conditioning worked well. It kept us cool in the summer heat. The hotel offers luggage storage .
